Report Issues

If you notice any defect, damage, or mismatch in your order, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the

product. This allows us to review and resolve the matter quickly. We cannot accommodate claims made after

this period.

Sizing Assistance

We provide detailed size charts for every product. If you are still unsure about sizing, our support team is here

to guide you. In case you wish to order two different sizes for trial, please contact our customer service before

purchase.

Color Disclaimer

Please note that product colors may appear slightly different due to screen resolutions or lighting variations.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, and you

will need to follow the return process.

Exchanges

If you’d like to replace your product with a different size or another item, reach out to us at

support@creonetixhub.com with your request.

Refunds

•  Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date.
•  Products must be unworn, unused, and returned with all original tags.
•  Our team will inspect the item before approving a refund.
•  Damaged or used products cannot be refunded.
•  If damage occurs during shipment, email us immediately with photos so we can assess and resolve the

issue.

Shipping & Packaging

We offer free shipping on all orders. However, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, as we

currently do not provide prepaid return labels.
