Post Order Updates

The orders you placed with Jacket Masters go through the following procedure.

Step-1: Order Placement (1 working day):

When a customer places an order it will take around 24 hours for the next process. This will happen due to the difference in timing around the world.

Step-2: Cutting & Stitching (4 to 5 working days):

Cutting & Stitching of the garments is further divided into three ways as follows.

Patron & Leather Cutting: We paid our full attention to each and every order you placed here. We cut the fabric according to your size and therefore you get the same garment you want. We use high-quality real leather to manufacture all garments. Fresh leather has a smell that can bother you in starting but it will vanish in two to three days.

Stitching: After cutting the piece comes to the stitching where they get stitched with trained tailors that put keen attention to manufacture the final garment with excellent details and attributes.

Quality Check: After stitching your garment is passed to inspection by our professional checking staff for any fault in fabric, stitching, sizing, and detailing, and when it confirms the quality check then it will pass to the shipping department.

Step-3: Shipping ( 4 to 6 working days):

We delivered your product with the best available courier service for your country. For example DHL, FedEx, and more.

Step-4: Delivery (1 working day):

After passing all the above procedure your order will be delivered to your doorstep and for this, you have to provide us your contact number that is required by the courier company if they didn’t find you at that address the time of delivery.
